While the potential of Web3 is immense, the space also has its share of challenges.  Among the most notable of these are:

* Environmental concerns
* Limited interoperability

* Poor user experience
* Usage by criminals and terrorists
* Hacks and scams
* Lack of legal and regulatory clarity
